All orders are processed by us within 1-2 working days. Your items will be packed and posted via Royal Mail tracked 48

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at kellandko@gmail.com letting us know you wish to return your item. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

82 WESTON GROVE, UPTON , CHESTER, CH21QL, UNITED KINGDOM . Please keep proof of shipment as we don’t take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the post.

Once received a refund will be issues or a replacement shipped.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances, packages can take longer to arrive than anticipated. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for delivery delays.. However, if your print has not arrived within 14 days of purchase, please do get in touch & we'll do our best to resolve any issues.
